Acceptance of these terms
By using this site or placing an order, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
Orders and when a sale is confirmed
Placing an order is an offer to buy, we confirm the sale once we accept it (usually automatic, but we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, a pricing error, or a production issue on our printer's end). If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll get a full refund.
Once an order's confirmed, it goes straight into production, so we're not able to make changes or cancel it after that point (see our Returns & Delivery page for more).
Pricing and payment
Our retail prices include NZ GST. Since your order is printed in Australia, prices are displayed in AUD, you can toggle to see an estimated NZD amount, but your order is charged and invoiced in AUD. If you're paying with a NZ card, your bank converts this to NZD at checkout, so the exact amount may vary slightly from the estimate, and your bank may apply its own international transaction fee. We may update prices at any time, but any change won't affect an order you've already placed. Payment is processed securely through PayPal, Apple Pay, or card, we don't see or store your card details ourselves (see our Privacy Policy).
Our designs are ours
Every design on this site is created by us and belongs to us. Buying a shirt gets you the shirt, it doesn't give you any rights to the design itself. That means no copying, reproducing, printing, or reselling our artwork without our written permission. If you love a design enough to want more of it, that's what the shop's for.
Product accuracy
We do our best to show designs and mockups accurately, but screen colours vary and mockups are representative rather than exact. See our Returns & Delivery page for the tolerances that apply to colour and print placement.

Using this site
Please don't use the site for anything fraudulent or unlawful, or attempt to interfere with how it runs. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an account if we reasonably believe it's being misused.
Who can order
By ordering from us, you confirm you're either 18 or older, or ordering with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Our liability
We're a small NZ business doing our best to get you a great shirt. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to a replacement or refund of the item in question, as set out in our Returns & Delivery page. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and any disputes will be handled in New Zealand courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here.
