Returns & Delivery

Our guarantee

Frinally stands behind the quality of what we make. Not happy with your order? Contact us at sortyourshirt at frinally dot nz within 14 days and, subject to the details below, we'll refund the price of the item (excluding postage and processing costs).

Something wrong with your order?

We take care with every print, but if something's actually faulty, damaged, or the print itself has gone wrong, email us at sortyourshirt at frinally dot nz within 14 days of receiving it, with:

  • Your order number and purchase date
  • What you'd like returned
  • Why
  • A photo showing the fault

We'll sort a replacement or refund (excluding postage and processing costs) from there. You may need to send the item back to us first.

What counts as faulty

Genuine print or garment faults, that's it. Small variances aren't faults, they're just how printing works: design colours, print placement and size can be out by up to 10%, and garment colours can vary by up to 10% from what you see on screen. Anything within that range is normal, not a fault.

What we can't do

Once an order's placed, it goes straight into production, so we can't edit or cancel it after that point. We also can't offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • The wrong size being chosen (check our Sizing Guide before ordering, also linked from each product page)
  • Shipping delays once it's left us
  • Shrinkage from washing (see below)

This doesn't affect your rights under NZ consumer law.

Delivery

Printing normally takes up to 7 working days, then shipping to NZ main centres (including customs) usually adds another 5-7 days on top. All up, budget around 10-14 days door-to-door. We'll always do our best to get it to you sooner, but we'd rather get it right than rush it.

Washing your tee

So it lasts, we mean actually lasts:

  • Cold wash, gentle cycle
  • Turn it inside out first
  • Skip the dryer, hang it in the shade instead

In our experience, AS Colour tees don't shrink if you follow the instructions above, we wear ours every week, some for over a year, with zero shrinkage. If a shirt has shrunk, it almost certainly wasn't washed as directed, so unfortunately that's not something we're able to refund or replace.
