What we collect
When you order something or sign up for updates, we collect the basics: your name, email, shipping address, and phone number if you give it. We don't see or store your full card details, that's handled directly by PayPal, Apple Pay, or your card provider, not us.
We also pick up some non-personal info automatically, like browser type and how you found the site, standard website analytics, not enough to identify you personally.
How we use it
- To get your order printed and shipped
- To process payment
- To email you about your order, or send updates if you've opted in
- To answer questions when you get in touch
Who we share it with
We keep this simple, your details go to the people who actually need them to get your shirt made and paid for, nobody else.
- The Print Bar prints and ships your order, so your name, address, and order details go to them to make that happen.
- PayPal, Apple Pay, and our card payment provider handle payment directly. We don't see or store your card number.
We don't sell, rent, or share your details with anyone beyond that.
Your order goes overseas for printing
The Print Bar prints in Australia, so your order details (name, address, what you ordered) get sent across the Tasman as part of making your shirt. We only share what's needed to get your order to you, nothing more.
Cookies
Like most websites, ours uses cookies, small files that help remember your cart and understand how people use the site. Nothing sinister, we're not building a profile on you to sell to advertisers.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. No website can honestly promise it's 100% unhackable, but we treat your details with the same care we'd want with our own.
Your rights
Under NZ's Privacy Act 2020, you can ask us what information we hold about you and have us correct anything that's wrong. Email sortyourshirt at frinally dot nz and we'll sort it.
Opting out
Signed up for updates and want out? Every email has an unsubscribe link, or just email us directly and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
